Booking Terms
Payments can be made via UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit cards, Wallets, or COD (where available).
COD orders may require OTP verification or prepaid security depending on location and order value.
Orders are usually processed within 24–72 business hours after confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on city, courier service, and external factors like weather or holidays.
Any delay caused by courier companies is beyond our direct control, but we will fully assist in tracking and support.
Once shipped, order tracking details will be sent to your registered email/phone number.
Please ensure someone is available at the given delivery address to receive the package.
Cancellations
Cancellation is allowed only before the product is shipped.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the item is dispatched.
Exchange is allowed only for size issues or defective products (subject to approval).
To be eligible for exchange:
Product must be unused and in original condition.
Tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
Customer must initiate exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We do not accept return or exchange for products purchased during clearance / sale unless defective.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed in 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
